Ticketmaster’s being sued by the FTC. Could it finally make buying concert tickets less of a nightmare?

As the FTC ramps up its war against resellers and bots with its lawsuit against Ticketmaster, what can be done to level the playing field so that scalpers don’t snatch up all the tickets?
